Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to Your Oviond Account

2. Open Your Client's Project

  • Select an existing project or start a new one from scratch.

    • Open the project in the Workspace Editor.

3. Access the Data Sources

  • Click on the data sources button in the toggle menu on the right-hand side.

4. Select the Data Source

  • Choose the data source you would like to connect from the list.

5. Create a Profile for the Data Connection

  • A pop-up will prompt you to create a profile for the data connection. This helps ensure that the correct data source is used and is easy to identify for each client.

  • Name the profile accordingly.

6. Follow the Authentication Process

  • Follow the authentication prompts as required by the selected data source.

  • Enter the necessary credentials (API key, login details, etc.).

  • Ensure the credentials are correct to avoid connection errors.

7. Confirm the Connection

  • The connected account will now be named and available to select.

  • Note: The steps may vary slightly from data source to data source.

  • Connected data sources will appear at the top of the list.

8. Use Connected Data Sources

  • Go to the Asset Library for premade assets or create data queries from scratch.

  • Select your connected data source.

Additional Information

  • Data Not Found message: If a query shows this message instead of data, click 'Refresh'. If this does not work, reconnect the integration's token by clicking 'Connect'.
