How to share projects

Introduction

This article explains how to share your projects in Oviond using different methods, including link sharing, email, download, and embed options.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to Your Oviond Account

   • Navigate to Oviond's login page and enter your credentials.

2. Open a Project

   • Select a client, then select a project.

   • Your project will open in the project workspace viewer.

3. Click 'Share'

   • In the header on the right-hand side, click 'Share'.

   • You can share your project in four ways:

     • Link: See link preview, option to show date selector, and password protection option.

     • Email: Set recipient and email details.

     • Download: Generate a PDF and see download history.

     • Embed: Easily embed the project onto your desired website.

4. Edit Sharing Options

   • If you need to edit sharing settings, click the 'Edit' button in the header to open the workspace editor.

   • In the sidebar menu on the right, click on 'Project Settings'.

   • Open 'Sharing Options'.

     • Choose to keep link active.

     • Choose to show the Date Selector.

     • Choose to enable a password.

     • Edit the Link Preview which is the preview of the link that will appear when your project is shared (ensure image is 1200px x 628px)

   • Click 'Save'
