Connecting CallRail on Oviond

This article will help you understand how to connect and use CallRail on Oviond.

CallRail Permissions

In order to pull your CallRail data through to Oviond, you need to have the login credentials for the CallRail account, as well as an API Key.

Connecting CallRail To Oviond

Steps to follow to connect CallRail as an integration on Oviond:

  1. Open Oviond and navigate to the client you wish to connect CallRail to.

  2. Click Integrations in the menu on the left and select CallRail.

  3. Enter the API Key and click Save.

  4. An authentication pop-up will appear (The first authenticated account will automatically be called "Default CallRail Account") and you can change this here.

  5. Select Default CallRail Account and click Next.

  6. Choose the CallRail account you wish to connect to and click Save.

Limitations With CallRail On Oviond

In order to pull your CallRail data through to Oviond, you need to have the login credentials for the CallRail account, as well as an API Key.

Reconnecting CallRail To Oviond

If you get this error message on your report "Data not found for CallRail! Click here to connect or refresh" that looks like this:

Please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the refresh button next to the date selector in the project.

    if the widgets still don't load data

  2. Go to the Integration page for the client or click on connect in the widget and make sure you have connected the correct CallRail account. You will need to add a new authenticated account and make sure you have used the correct API key.
