Keep a large client list easier to manage.

Folders help agencies group clients by team, region, service, status, or account manager.

Good folder examples:

-   Active clients
    
-   Prospects
    
-   Enterprise clients
    
-   By account manager
    
-   By country or region
    
-   By service type
    

A folder is only for organization. It should not change the client’s connected data sources or reports.
