Connecting SE Ranking On Oviond

This article will help you understand how to connect and use SE Ranking on Oviond.

SE Ranking Permissions

In order to pull your SE Ranking data into Oviond, you will need SE Ranking Business Plan access and an API Key. The API can only be used by users with admin-level access rights. It is not available for sub-account users.

Connecting SE Ranking To Oviond

  1. Log into SE Ranking.

  2. Click on your Account icon and select Settings.

  3. Click on the API tab and copy your API key.

4. Login to Oviond and navigate to the client you wish to connect SE Ranking to.

5. Click Integrations from the menu on the left and select SE Ranking.

6. Paste the API Key it into the field in the pop-out and click Next.

7. An authentication pop-up will appear (The first authenticated account will automatically be called "Default SE Ranking Account") and you can change this here.

8. Choose the SE Ranking account you wish to connect to and then click Save.

Limitations With SE Ranking On Oviond

In order to pull your SE Ranking data into Oviond, you will need SE Ranking Business Plan access and an API Key. The API can only be used by users with admin-level access rights. It is not available for sub-account users.

Reconnecting SE Ranking To Oviond

If you get this error message on your report "Data not found for SE Ranking! Click here to connect or refresh." that looks like this:

Please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the refresh button next to the date selector in the project.

    if the widgets still don't load data

  2. Go to the Integration page for the client or click on connect in the widget and make sure you have connected the correct SE Ranking account. You will need to add a new authenticated account and use the API Key from your SE Ranking account.
