Building a Query

  1. Log in to Your Oviond Account

    • Navigate to Oviond's login page and enter your credentials.

  2. Open a project

    • Select a client then select or create a project.

  3. Access the project workspace editor

    • Click 'Edit'.

  4. Click 'Data Query'

    • In the quick actions sidebar menu on the right of the canvas, click the 'Data Query' button.

  5. Drag a Data Query

    • Drag a data query from the sidebar onto the canvas.

  6. Select Data Source

    • Click on the data widget, then click on the blue plus button that appears on the right.

    • Select your data source from the list provided.

    • Click the second button in the quick action menu, Duplicate.

    • The duplicate widget will appear under the original. Click to edit or click and drag to move

  • How to Copy Queries

    • Select the widget you want to copy and use elsewhere in the project.

    • Click the third button in the quick action menu, Copy.

    • A pop-up will appear at the bottom of the canvas.

    • Scroll to where you wish to paste the copied widget.

    • Click and drag on the pop-up.

    • Note: this pop-up can be copied to multiple locations until you close it.

  • How to Delete Queries

    • Select the widget you want to delete.

    • Click the fourth button in the quick action menu, Delete.

    • Confirm by clicking 'Delete'.
