Microsoft Ads Permissions
In order to pull your Microsoft Ads Ads data into Oviond, you will need to have the login credentials for the Microsoft Ads account. It must be a Work account. You will use your email address and password to connect.
Connecting Microsoft Ads To Oviond
In order to connect your Microsoft Ads account to Oviond, you will need the email address and password of the Microsoft Ads account.
Steps to follow to connect Microsoft Ads as an integration on Oviond:
Open Oviond and navigate to the client you wish to connect Microsoft Ads to.
Click on Microsoft Ads.
An authentication pop-up will appear (The first authenticated account will automatically be called "Default Microsoft Ads Account") and you can change this here.
Enter your email address, click Next.
Enter your password, click Sign in.
A window will open requesting you to choose if you would like to stay logged in, select an option.
Choose Default Microsoft Ads in the integration connection pop-up on the right, click Next.
Choose the Microsoft Ads account, click Save.
Limitations With Microsoft Ads On Oviond
In order to pull your Microsoft Ads data into Oviond, you need to have the login credentials for the Microsoft Ads account. The Microsoft Ads account must be a Work account.
Reconnecting Microsoft Ads To Oviond
If you get this error message on your report "Data not found for Microsoft Ads! Click here to connect or refresh." that looks like this:
Please follow these steps:
Click on the refresh button next to the date selector in the project.
if the widgets still don't load data
Go to the Integration page for the client or click on connect in the widget and make sure you have connected the correct Microsoft Ads account.
if the widgets still don't load data
Go to Manage Integrations and refresh the token for the authenticated account you connected to the client.
