How to show/hide the page header in a report (Transcription)

From the home screen of your account, select the client you want to show or hide the page header in a report for.

Open the report.

Select Report Pages from the Builder Menu on the right.

Click the Settings tab.

Move the Page Header Toggle to show or hide the page header.
