How do I upgrade/downgrade my current plan (Transcription)
From the home screen of your account, click the Settings icon at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left.
Select the Billing tab.
Change your plan under the Available Plans section.
Click Change.
Your plan will immediately be upgraded to the new plan.
