How To Give Oviond Support User Access (Transcription)
1. Once you have signed into Oviond, click the Profile icon at the bottom left of your screen.
2. Click on the Users tab from the left-hand navigation menu.
3. Click Add Users and then select the Support User option.
4. Click Request Support Code.
5. A chat pop-up will appear. Send a message to our support team who will then provide you with a support code you can use to invite them to your account.
6. Paste the support code in the Enter Support Code field and click Invite.
