We’ve been hard at work for the past few months building a new Oviond app, and re-engineering the entire back end of the product.

Our goal is to give you the simplest, fastest, and best digital marketing monitoring and reporting experience available at a fair price, coupled with the highest level of customer support so that you can save time and delight your customers.

As part of this transformation, we’ve made some engineering decisions that are necessary for us to take the product forward. This means that the initial version of Oviond is unfortunately not completely compatible with the new version, so some work will be required to get up and running on V2.

Here are some of the highlights of the update: What's New of Oviond V2

This means that over the course of the next couple of months, the following will take place:

  • We will end all support and updates on V1 as of the end of April 2022

  • Google Ads will no longer work on V1 from the end of April 2022. Google are sunsetting their legacy API on which V1 was built and we will not be updating V1.

  • V1 will continue to work (without Google Ads) until the end of July 2022, at which time we will completely sunset this version of the product, and you will no longer be able to access it.

How do I upgrade to the new version of Oviond V2?

We will be sending out invitations via email, notifying users of the change to Oviond V2, prompting you to upgrade.

Once you get your invitation to upgrade to V2, please click the link and accept the offer to upgrade.

From the moment that you accept the invitation to upgrade, when you log in to Oviond you will automatically be logged in to Oviond V2. You will still have access to Oviond V1 by visiting app.oviond.com until the end of July 2022, at which point we will completely sunset Oviond V1.

What will be carried over from V1 to V2 once you hit the migrate button:

  • All your account and billing details

  • All of your clients & client folders

  • Your team members

What will not work on the new version (Oviond V2) and how to fix it:
