Connecting a new integration can often be stressful. How do you know if your account is set up correctly when you're working with so many different platforms? Sometimes something as simple as a permission level can prevent you from connecting that integration to Oviond. Connecting Mailchimp To Oviond
To connect your Mailchimp account to Oviond, all you will need is your Mailchimp login credentials (Username and Password). Here is how you can connect Mailchimp to Oviond:
Open Oviond and click on the client you wish to add Mailchimp to.
An authentication pop-out will appear. Enter a name for the authentication and click Next.
Enter your Mailchimp Username and Password into the authentication pop-up and click Log In.
Click Allow to authorize access to your Mailchimp account.
Select the Mailchimp account you would like to connect and click Save.
Reconnecting MailChimp To Oviond
Working with APIs means that sometimes your integrations will need to be refreshed for security reasons. There are two error messages to look out for that can indicate that the integration needs to be refreshed: Error: You Have Encountered An Unknown Error or Error: Missing Or Incorrect Authentication Credentials.
If you refresh your dashboard or your reports and you are prompted with the above error message, you will need to refresh your integration. Learn more about how to refresh your integration.
