This article will help you understand how to connect and use ActiveCampaign on Oviond.

ActiveCampaign Permissions

In order to pull your ActiveCampaign data into Oviond you will need access as an Admin on the account. You will need an API Key and API URL. You are able to get the API key from inside your ActiveCampaign account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your ActiveCampaign account.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Clicks Developer.

  4. Copy the API URL and key.

Connecting ActiveCampaign To Oviond

To connect ActiveCampaign to Oviond you will need to use the API key and API URL you retrieve from inside your ActiveCampaign account.

Steps to follow to connect ActiveCampaign as an integration on Oviond:

  1. Open Oviond and navigate to the client you wish to connect ActiveCampaign to.

  2. Click on ActiveCampaign.

  3. An authentication pop-up will appear (The first authenticated account will automatically be called "Default ActiveCampaign Account") and you can change this here.

  4. Enter the API URL and API key for the ActiveCampaign account you want to connect to Oviond.

Limitations With ActiveCampaign On Oviond

You are only able to pull Lifetime data for ActiveCampaign on Oviond.

Reconnecting ActiveCampaign To Oviond

If you get this error message on your report "Data not found for ActiveCampaign! Click here to connect or refresh." that looks like this:

Please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the refresh button next to the date selector in the project.

    if the widgets still don't load data

  2. Go to the Integration page for the client or click on connect in the widget and make sure you have connected the correct ActiveCampaign account. You will need to add a new authenticated account and make sure you have used the correct API key and URL.
