This article will help you understand how to connect and use Drip on Oviond.

Drip Permissions

In order to pull your Drip data into Oviond you need to have access to the Drip account as an Owner, Admin, or Contributor.

If you would like to give access to your Drip account to a new team member or to your agency to connect to Oviond, you can do this by following these steps from within your Drip account:

  1. Login to your Drip account.

  2. Select the three horizontal dots, on the top right corner of your page.

  3. Under the menu select Account.

  4. On the left side menu, select Members.

  5. Specify the email address you would like to give access to as well as the permission (Contributor/Admin).

  6. Once you are done, click Send Invitation.

Connecting Drip To Oviond

In order to connect your Drip account to Oviond, all you will need is the email address and password used for your Drip account.

Steps to follow to connect Drip as an integration on Oviond:

  1. Open Oviond and navigate to the client you wish to connect Drip to.

  2. Click on Drip.

  3. An authentication pop-up will appear (The first authenticated account will automatically be called "Default Drip Account") and you can change this here.

  4. Fill in your Drip account logins and click Submit.

  5. Choose Default Drip Account in the integration connection pop-up on the right.

  6. Choose the Drip account, click Next.

  7. Choose the Drip Account you want to connect to Oviond.

  8. Click Save.

Limitations With Drip On Oviond

Drip will only allow you to pull lifetime data.

Reconnecting Drip On Oviond

If you get this error message on your report "Data not found for Drip! Click here to connect or refresh." that looks like this:

Please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the refresh button next to the date selector in the project.

    if the widgets still don't load data

  2. Go to the Integration page for the client or click on connect in the widget and make sure you have connected the correct Drip account.

  3. Go to Manage Integrations and refresh the token for the authenticated account you connected to the client.
