How to give a user admin access (Transcription)

  1. From the home screen of your account, click the Settings icon at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left.

  2. Select the Users tab.

  3. Click Add Users on the top right corner of the screen.

  4. Fill in the full name and email address of the user.

  5. Select Admin Access from the options under Privacy Access (this gives the users admin access to the entire account, including all clients)

  6. Click Invite.
