Oviond’s Read-Only access allows you to give your clients/users read-only access to clients in your account. NB: This is V1 of our client portal.

How to give a user read-only access (Transcription)

  1. From the home screen of your account, click the Settings icon at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left.

  2. Select the Users tab.

  3. Click Add Users on the top right corner of the screen.

  4. Fill in the full name and email address of the user.

  5. Select Read-Only Access from the options under Privacy Access.

  6. Select the client/clients you want the user to have read-only access to.

  7. Click Invite.


Oviond has released the first version of the client portal as “Read-Only” access. Currently inviting your clients to use Oviond using the above access will send them to an Oviond sign-in page.

Our team is working on implementing the white labeling for the sign-in process as well as the invitation emails, we would encourage you to keep an eye on our changelog for any updates on this feature!
