The White Label section in Oviond allows you to customize your workspace to reflect your brand, providing a cohesive and professional experience for your clients. This guide will walk you through the various options available.

Themes

Customizing themes in Oviond helps ensure that all your projects adhere to a consistent look and feel, aligning with your brand identity.

  1. Set a Default Theme

    • From the home page, go to Settings by clicking on the account settings button at the bottom of the main sidebar menu on the left-hand side.

    • Click on Themes under White Label.

    • Under the Themes section, you can choose a default theme for your projects.

    • Preview themes from the Theme Library menu on the right-hand side.

    • Click 'Set Default' to apply this theme across all your projects.

  2. Manage Themes

    • To update or change your themes, either select a theme to edit or duplicate, or click 'New Theme' to create one from scratch.

    • You can customize various aspects such as colors, fonts, and layouts to match your brand's visual identity.

Email Setup

The Email Setup section allows users to configure email domain settings, manage email addresses, and customize and preview email messages for sharing.

Sharing

The Sharing section allows users to customize how their content appears when shared. Users can set a default share link, upload a default image, and edit fields like the link name and description. It includes a link preview, showing how the shared link will look, including the dynamic title and URL.

For password-protected pages, users can customize the heading, instructions, and other content, with a preview of the page's appearance. All settings can be saved for future use.

Domains

Adding a custom domain enhances the professionalism of your shared dashboards and reports.

  1. Add a Custom Domain

    • In the Domains section of the White Label page, click on the 'Add Domain' button.

    • Follow the prompts to enter your custom domain information.

    • This enables you to share your dashboards and reports using a branded URL.

  2. Change Your Domain Name

    • If you need to change your domain name, you can edit it in the same section where you added it.

    • Ensure you follow any necessary steps for domain verification and DNS settings to successfully link your custom domain.
