# PDF export or email delivery failed

Common checks for export and delivery problems.

If a PDF or report email fails, first confirm the report itself opens and all widgets load.

Then check:

-   Very large report pages or wide tables.
    
-   Missing or broken images.
    
-   Invalid recipient email addresses.
    
-   Unverified branded sender settings.
    
-   Automation status and schedule.
    

Run a manual test after fixing the issue before sending to a client.
