# A report link is not working

Fix a broken or inaccessible shared report link.

First, open the link in a private browser window. This shows what a client sees without your logged-in session.

Check:

-   The report still exists.
    
-   Sharing is enabled.
    
-   The custom domain, if used, is active.
    
-   The report loads inside Oviond.
    
-   The link was copied fully and not shortened incorrectly.
    

If the link belongs to the wrong client or old report, generate a fresh share link.
