Customizing Your Brand: A White-Label Overview

In this video, you'll learn how to utilize Oviond's white-labeling features to customize your brand and domain. We guide you through setting up custom themes in the account settings, allowing you to tailor the look and feel of your projects. Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Home Page

2. Locate the Account Settings Button

  • On the left-hand side of the screen, find the menu sidebar.

  • Click on the account settings button at the bottom of this menu.

3. Go to the White Label Section

  • Click on the White Label option within the settings menu.

  • You will be directed to the White Label settings page, which is divided into three panels:

    • Themes: Select a new default theme, edit existing themes, and build new themes.

    • Domains: This section allows you to share your dashboards and reports using a custom domain.

    • Customize Your Password Page: This section lets you update the text on the login page for password-protected reports and dashboard projects.

4. Change the Default Theme

  • In the Themes section, you will see an option to set a default theme for your projects.

  • Select your desired theme from the Company Theme dropdown menu.

  • Click 'Set as Default' to apply this theme across all your projects.

5. Creating Your Own Theme

In addition to selecting a default theme, you can also create your own custom theme to ensure your projects perfectly match your brand's visual identity.

5.1 Access Theme Management

  • On the White Label settings page, click the 'Manage Themes' button.

5.2 Create a New Theme

  • In the theme management section, you will have the option to create a new theme.

  • Click on the 'New Theme' button at the bottom of the panel.

5.3 Customize Your Theme

  • Customize various aspects of your theme such as colors, fonts, and layouts.

  • Use the provided tools to ensure the theme aligns with your brand's visual identity.

5.4 Save Your Theme

  • After customizing your theme, click 'Save' to apply the changes.
