Use the billing area to review subscription status, invoices, payment details, and plan information.

For billing questions, collect:

-   Account email
    
-   Company name
    
-   Invoice date or invoice number
    
-   What changed or what you expected to happen
    

Do not share full card numbers or sensitive payment information in support messages.
