Managing sharing options at the account level in Oviond allows you to set consistent branding across all projects, ensuring a cohesive and professional appearance for shared links. With account-level sharing settings, you can control how your link image, name, and description appear across all projects by default.
These settings can also be customized for individual projects if needed, allowing for flexibility when specific customization is required.
Log in to your Oviond account
Navigate to the Oviond login page and enter your credentials.
Locate Settings
Find the main sidebar menu on the left.
Click on the account settings button at the bottom of this menu.
Click 'Settings'.
3. Go to the White Label Section
Click on Sharing.
Preview how your link will appear to clients, as well as make changes to the image, name, or description.
Any changes made here will apply to all projects by default at the account level.
If you need to customize sharing options for individual projects, this can be done in the Project Workspace Editor. Go to Project Settings for the specific project and select Sharing Options to make unique adjustments for that project.
