Connecting Brevo on Oviond

Prerequisites

• Ensure you have an Oviond account with administrative access.

• You need access to a Brevo account with the ability to generate API keys.

Brevo Permissions

1. Once you have signed in to your Brevo account, select the drop-down menu icon at the top right corner of the screen.

2. Select SMTP & API from the menu.

3. Select the API Keys tab.

4. Click 'Generate a New API Key' button.

5. Name the API Key to help you identify what platform you have used the key on and click 'Generate'.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Connecting Brevo to Oviond

1. Open Oviond and navigate to the client you wish to connect Brevo to.

2. Select Project or Start a New Project

• Select the project you want to work on or start a new project.

• If starting a new project, it will automatically open in the Workspace Editor.

3. Access the Project Workspace Editor

• Click 'Edit' to access the Project Workspace Editor if you are working on an existing project.

• In the action sidebar menu on the right, select Data Sources.

4. Select Brevo.

5. Copy the API key that was generated in Brevo, paste it into the field in the pop-out, and click 'Next'.

6. An authentication pop-up will appear (The first authenticated account will automatically be called "Default Brevo Account") and you can change this Data Sources.

7. Choose the Brevo account you wish to connect to and then click 'Save'.

Additional Information

Limitations with Brevo on Oviond

Please note that the Brevo integration will only allow you to pull lifetime data and you will not be able to pull data by date.

Reconnecting Brevo to Oviond

If you get this error message on your report:

Please follow these steps:

1. Click on the refresh button in the widget or next to the date selector in the project.

   if the widgets still don't load data

2. Click on 'Connect' in the widget and make sure you have connected the correct Brevo account. You will need to add a new authenticated account and use the API Key from your Brevo account.
