# Set up branded email sending

Send report emails from your agency identity.

Branded email sending helps client reports feel like they come from your agency instead of a generic system sender.

Before using a branded sender:

-   Add the sending email or domain in email settings.
    
-   Complete any verification steps shown in Oviond.
    
-   Send a test email.
    
-   Check spam/junk placement if the email does not arrive.
    

If verification is incomplete, use a verified sender until the domain is ready.
