1. GetResponse Permissions

   • In order to pull your GetResponse data into Oviond, you will need to have a Role as an Administrator in order to copy or generate an API key. Here is how you can generate or find your API key on GetResponse:

     • Sign in to your GetResponse account, navigate to and click on 'Tools'.

     • Click Integrations and API.

     • Select the tab named API.

     • If you already have an API key generated, simply click on 'Copy'.

     • If you need to generate a new key, click 'Generate API key'.

     • Name the API Key to help you identify what platform you have used the key on and click 'Generate'.

     • Copy the API key.

2. Connecting GetResponse to Oviond

In order to pull your GetResponse data into Oviond, you will need an API key which you can generate from inside your GetResponse account.

1. Open Oviond and navigate to the client you wish to connect GetResponse to.

2. Select Project or Start a New Project

   • Select the project you want to work on or start a new project.

   • If starting a new project, it will automatically open in the Workspace Editor.

3. Access the Project Workspace Editor

   • Click 'Edit' to access the Project Workspace Editor if you are working on an existing project.

4. In the action sidebar menu on the right, select Data Sources.

5. Select GetResponse.

6. Create a profile and name it to help identify this data connection.

7. Paste in the API key from your GetResponse account.

8. Click 'Next'.

9. Choose Default GetResponse Account, then click 'Next'.

10. Choose the GetResponse account.

11. Click 'Save'.

Additional Information

Limitations with GetResponse on Oviond

• You will need to have a Role as an Administrator in order to get the API key needed to connect your GetResponse data on Oviond.

• GetResponse only pulls Lifetime data for the account.

Reconnecting GetResponse to Oviond

If you get this error message on your report:

Please follow these steps:

1. Click on the refresh button in the widget or next to the date selector in the project.

   if the widgets still don't load data

2. Click on 'Connect' in the widget and make sure you have connected the correct GetResponse account. You will need to add a new authenticated account and make sure you have used the correct API key.
