Drip Permissions

In order to pull your Drip data into Oviond you need to have access to the Drip account as an Owner, Admin, or Contributor.

If you would like to give access to your Drip account to a new team member or to your agency to connect to Oviond, you can do this by following these steps from within your Drip account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login to your Drip account.

  2. Click Settings and select Account.

  3. Scroll down to Members.

  4. Specify the email address you would like to give access to as well as the permission (Contributor/Admin).

  5. Once you are done, click 'Send Invitation'.

Connecting Drip to Oviond

In order to connect your Drip account to Oviond, all you will need is the email address and password used for your Drip account.

Connect Drip as an integration on Oviond:

  1. Navigate to the Oviond login page and enter your credentials.

  2. Select the client you wish to connect Drip to.

  3. Select Project or Start a New Project

    • Select the project you want to work on or start a new project.

    • If starting a new project, it will automatically open in the Workspace Editor.

  4. Access the Project Workspace Editor

    • Click 'Edit' to access the Project Workspace Editor if you are working on an existing project.

  5. In the action sidebar menu on the right, select Data Sources.

  6. Select Drip.

  7. Create a profile and name it to help identify this data connection.

  8. An authentication pop-up will appear (The first authenticated account will automatically be called "Default Drip Account") and you can change this here.

  9. Fill in your Drip account logins and click 'Submit'.

  10. Choose Default Drip Account in the integration connection pop-up on the right.

  11. Choose the Drip account, click 'Next'.

  12. Choose the Drip Account you want to connect to Oviond.

  13. Click 'Save'.

Additional Information

Limitations with Drip on Oviond

  • Drip will only allow you to pull lifetime data.

Reconnecting Drip on Oviond

If you get this error message on your report:

Please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the refresh button in the widget or next to the date selector in the project.

    if the widgets still don't load data

  2. Click on 'Connect' in the widget and make sure you have connected the correct Drip account.

  3. Go to Data Sources and refresh the token for the authenticated account you connected to the client.
