Log in to your Oviond account.
Navigate to the Oviond login page and enter your credentials.
Locate the Main Sidebar Menu
On the left-hand side of the screen, find the main sidebar menu.
Click on the Oviond Help & Support Button
Click on the Help & Support button located near the bottom of this menu.
