# Troubleshoot branding not showing

What to check when logos, themes, or domains look wrong.

Branding issues usually come from the wrong theme, cached previews, missing media, or domain setup.

Check:

-   Is the correct theme applied to the report or client?
    
-   Is the logo uploaded and visible in settings?
    
-   Does the shared report link use the correct domain?
    
-   Have you refreshed the report after making branding changes?
    

If a custom domain is involved, also check the domain status.
