Branding issues usually come from the wrong theme, cached previews, missing media, or domain setup.
Check:
Is the correct theme applied to the report or client?
Is the logo uploaded and visible in settings?
Does the shared report link use the correct domain?
Have you refreshed the report after making branding changes?
If a custom domain is involved, also check the domain status.
