# Upload and manage media

Use logos and images in reports.

Media files can support report branding, client context, and visual explanations.

Best practices:

-   Use clear file names.
    
-   Avoid uploading huge images if a smaller version works.
    
-   Keep client logos organized.
    
-   Remove media that is no longer used.
    

If an image does not appear in a report, check that it was uploaded successfully and that the report page has been refreshed.
