Reports and dashboards are both projects in Oviond. The difference is how they are usually used.
Use a report when you want a client-ready, paged document that can be shared, exported, or delivered regularly.
Use a dashboard when you want a live view of performance for monitoring.
If the output is going to a client every week or month, start with a report. If it is mainly for internal tracking, a dashboard may be better.
