A working connection does not always mean every widget will show data for every date range.
Check these first:
Is the data source connected to the correct client?
Does the selected date range contain data?
Is the selected campaign, page, property, or profile active?
Does the platform account have enough permission for reporting data?
Does another widget using the same data source work?
If only one widget is empty, check the widget settings. If every widget from the same platform is empty, test or reconnect the data source.
