An 8 Minute Introductions To Oviond (Transcription)

Clients

1. After signing in to Oviond, you can access account settings, suggest ideas, request help, and log out by clicking the circular icon on the bottom left of the screen.

2. Click the Oviond icon on the top left of the screen to go back to the home page.

3. Create a new client folder for grouping clients by clicking the client name drop-down menu on the top left of the screen, then click the “Add Folder” button.

5. Add a new client by clicking the “New Client” button on the top right of the screen. Complete the required fields before clicking “Next”, and adding the relevant integrations.

Integrations

1. After signing in to Oviond, select the client you wish to view.

2. Click on the “Integrations” module in the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen.

3. Click on the integration you wish to view.

4. Toggle between integrations by clicking on the integration title on the top left of the screen, or click the integrations icon on the left hand toolbar, and then select the required integration from there.

5. Add a widget by clicking on the “Add Data Widget” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen. Resize widget using the arrow button on the bottom right of the widget.

6. Save as template by clicking on the “Save as template” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen.

7. View templates by clicking on the “View Template” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen, and select between standard or custom templates.

8. Clear all widgets by clicking on the “Clear Widgets” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen. Alternatively, clear individual widgets by clicking the ellipsis on the top right of a widget, and select “Remove Widget”.

Dashboards

1. Sign in to Oviond and select the client you wish to view.

2. Click on the “Dashboards” module in the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen.

3. Create a custom dashboard by clicking the “Add Dashboard” button at the top right of the screen and select the “Blank Dashboard” template, or edit a dashboard by selecting one of the existing templates.

4. Toggle between dashboards by clicking on the dashboard title on the top left of the screen.

5. Set date ranges by clicking on the calendar icon on the top right of the screen.

6. Add a widget by clicking on the “Add Data Widget” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen. Select the integration, measures, widget name and chart type before clicking “Create Widget” to add a widget to the dashboard. Resize widget using the arrow button on the bottom right of the widget.

7. Add text by clicking on the “Add Text box” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen. Text controls will appear in a toolbar at the top of the screen.

8. Add media by clicking on the “Add Media” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen. Both videos and images can be uploaded from this pop-up.

9. Save the dashboard as a template to be used on other dashboards by clicking on the “Save as template” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen.

10. Change the dashboard name and access sharing settings by clicking on the “Dashboard Settings” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen.

11. Share the dashboard by clicking on the “Share Dashboard” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen. The dashboard can be shared either by copying a URL for the dashboard, or via email.

Reporting

1. Login and select the client you wish to view.

2. Click on the “Reporting” module on the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen.

3. Create a new report by clicking the “New Report” button at the top right of the screen and select a template.

4. Add a new page by clicking on the “ + New Page” button on the top left of the screen. Enter the page name and click “Create”.

5. Add a widget by clicking on the “Add Data Widget” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen. Select the integration, measures, widget name and chart type before clicking “Create Widget” to add a widget to the report.

6. Access automation by clicking on the “Report Automation” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen. Enter in an email address, automation name and sending frequency before clicking the “Save” button to complete the automation setup.

7. Share the report by clicking on the “Share Report” icon in the toolbar on the right hand side of the screen. The report can then be shared via email, URL, or downloaded as a PDF as is seen in the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen.

White Label

1. Sign in to Oviond and click the icon on the bottom left of the screen.

2. Click on “Settings”.

3. Click on “White Label”.

4. Change the app title, and icon, and enter a custom domain into the relevant fields on the top of the screen.

5. Change branding colors.

6. Click the “Save” button.
