Connecting a new integration can often be stressful. How do you know if your account is set up correctly when you're working with so many different platforms? Sometimes something as simple as a permission level can prevent you from connecting that integration to Oviond. In this article, we will be helping you understand how to get started with GetResponse on Oviond.
Connecting GetResponse To Oviond
To connect GetResponse to Oviond you will require an API key. Here is how you can find your API key on GetResponse:
Once you have logged into your GetResponse account navigate to Menu.
Select Integrations and API.
Select the tab named API.
Press Generate API Key.
Name the API Key to help you identify what platform you have used the key on and press Generate.
Open Oviond and click on the client you wish to add GetResponse to.
An authentication pop-out will appear. Enter a name for the authentication and click Next.
Paste your API Key into the field in the Oviond authentication pop-out.
Select the GetResponse account you would like to connect and click Save.
Reconnecting GetResponse To Oviond
Working with APIs means that sometimes your integrations will need to be refreshed for security reasons. There are two error messages to look out for that can indicate that the integration needs to be refreshed: Error: You Have Encountered An Unknown Error or Error: Missing Or Incorrect Authentication Credentials.
If you refresh your dashboard or your reports and you are prompted with the above error message, you will need to reconnect the integration.
To reconnect GetResponse to Oviond, you will need to completely remove GetResponse from your account.
In order to remove GetResponse from your account, you will need to first disconnect the integration from each client. Learn more about disconnecting an integration.
Once you have removed your GetResponse integration from all the connected clients, you will need to delete the integration from the Manage Integrations tab in the settings area. Learn more about deleting an integration.
After the integration has been completely removed from the account, return to your client project and reconnect the integration to the account. Learn more about adding an integration to an existing client.
