Reconnecting Google Analytics UA To Oviond
Working with APIs means that sometimes your integrations will need to be refreshed for security reasons. There are two error messages to look out for that can indicate that the integration needs to be refreshed: Error: You Have Encountered An Unknown Error or Error: Missing Or Incorrect Authentication Credentials.
If you refresh your dashboard or your report and you are prompted with one of the above error messages, you may need to refresh your integration. Learn more about how to refresh your integration token.
There is an error that could pop up in your widget when you change or update the date range that reads “Temporary issue due to downtime or throttling. Wait and retry operation”. This is due to the data on the widgets not being able to update quickly enough in the amount of time it took for the dashboard or report to refresh. The widgets would have tried to refresh on their own a few times before this error is presented but if this error message does appear, please allow 2 minutes and then try to refresh the dashboard or report again.
