How to reset your password (Transcription)
From the home screen of your account, click the Settings icon at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left.
Click the General Settings tab.
Click Reset Password.
A pop-out will appear on the right-hand side. Enter your current password and new password in the applicable fields.
Confirm your new password by entering it again in the Confirm Password field.
Click Save.
