Connecting a new integration can often be stressful. How do you know if your account is set up correctly when you're working with so many different platforms? Sometimes something as simple as a permission level can prevent you from connecting that integration to Oviond. In this article we will be helping you understand how to get started with LinkedIn on Oviond.
Account Set Up
Before connecting your LinkedIn account to Oviond, please ensure you have “Admin Access” to the page you are looking to connect to.
If you have not been added as an Admin to the page, please contact the relevant person and request access to “Super Admin”. Here is how to add an admin to the page:
- Navigate to the page you are looking to connect.
- Select the drop down menu “Admin Tools”.
- Select “Manage Admin”.
- Select “+ Add Admin”.
- Search for the member to assign a role to.
- Select the role “Super Admin” to give access to give full access to the page.
Connecting LinkedIn To Oviond
To connect your LinkedIn page to Oviond, all you will need is your LinkedIn login credentials. All pages you have been given access to will show up under the drop down menu once the authentication has been completed.
Select the page you would like to connect to and press "Save".
NOTE: We are unable to connect to personal LinkedIn profiles. If you are unable to see the LinkedIn account that you are connecting to, please ensure that you are connecting to a LinkedIn business page.
